It sucks when gear doesn't work. We're here to help. Sometimes it's a quick fix or even an unrelated issue such as a power supply. Not all repairs need to be shipped to Pettyjohn.

First, read our warranty policy here (it's short) to see if your repair may qualify under our warranty and to see who pays for shipping. Next, if you have purchased your product new within the last 365 days and have not registered your product, you must do so on our product registration page. Then fill out the form below. We'll reach out with some trouble shooting tips and see if your pedal needs to be shipped to our shop.

Our shop rate is $60/hr plus parts for any out of warranty work, most repairs are completed under two hours. If you have any questions unrelated to your repair, please use our contact page.
